Sensory Friendly Farm Tour

Proudly sponsored by Eltham Paediatrics we are offering another Sensory Friendly Farm Visit these holidays tailored to suit children on the Autism Spectrum.

Join the farmers to meet some of our friendly animals, in a small, sensory friendly sized group.

 

Depending on the weather and the needs of the group you will meet some of our animals in a quiet space on the farm or in their enclosures. Animals you might meet could include guinea pigs, chickens, ponies, sheep, goats or alpacas.

 

Meet at the Reception Building at 3pm.

 

The 45-minute activity costs $8 per person (no charge for parents or carers) and is suitable for all ages.

 

Bookings are essential.

 

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Parking

As the farm can be very busy over the school holidays, please allow plenty of time to find a carpark and make your way into Edendale.If our parking lot is full, you can find additional parking at the Eltham North Adventure Playground. Follow the bike path for an easy (accessible) 5-minute walk and you will arrive at our North Entrance gate. See attached map.
