If you are a professional organisation or community group there are a variety of spaces available for hire on weekends, evenings and during school holiday periods. Some weekdays may be available dependent on other bookings. 

Edendale can offer:

There is a 2-hour minimum hire on all spaces. Set up and pack up must be within your booking time.

How to book and pay

  • Decide upon your preferred space, time and activity with some alternative options should they not be available.
  • Check availability and book online.
  • We will confirm your booking within 3 working days.
  • You will receive an invoice payable online with a credit card or EFT.
  • Please read our conditions of hire and our refund policy carefully as it may impact on your planning.

Conditions specific to Edendale bookings:
  • Fire Danger days: Edendale Community Environment Farm will be closed on days of Extreme or Catastrophic fire danger rating.
  • Payment terms - Room and space hire:
    • 100% of venue hire cost & additions/fees such as public liability cover (if applicable) will be due 14 days prior to booking date.
    • Cancellation by customer on or before 14 days before booking date will result in a 100% Refund of venue hire cost and additions/fees.

    • Cancellation by customer less than 14 days before booking date will result in a 0% Refund of venue hire cost and additions/fees.
