Expect colour, creativity, a bit of mess (the fun kind!), and time to hang out and try something new.
You’ll also head out on a guided Edendale Farm tour.

Suitable for 10-15 year olds.

Come ready to experiment, get hands-on, and take home something awesome!

What to bring:

  • 1–2 white or light-coloured items to tie dye (T-shirt, singlet, tote bag, pillowcase). Must be mainly natural fibres (cotton, linen, calico, silk) We’d love you to bring a pre-loved garment if you have one, in line with our Re-use, Reduce, Recycle, Re-purpose philosophy. But it’s ok if you bring a pre-washed new garment.

  • Some plastic bags with no holes - if you have some (can be a bread bag or used shopping bag)

  • Waterproof gloves (dishwashing gloves) if you have some

What to wear

Dress for mess and fun!

  • Old clothes (fabric dyes are permanent!)

  • Sturdy, closed-toe shoes suitable for a walk around the farm.

  • Comfortable outdoor clothing

Come ready to create and experiment, get hands-on, and take home something seriously cool.
