Due to maintenance Cafe Eden will be closed on the 12th of November. Edendale Farm will be open as usual from 10.00 am - 4.30 pm
Next date: Sunday, 09 November 2025 | 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
We would welcome your participation in our next plant care working bee and involves activities such as weeding and mulching, and any other aspects of ongoing care. Looking after our plantings is essential to the long-term success of the project.
Meet at the big blue Friends of Edendale banner along the Diamond Creek Trail abutting Edendale Farm.
If possible, please book in to help us plan the activities and notify you of any cancellations.
Please wear long pants (not leggings), sturdy footwear, socks, long-sleeved shirts, broad-brimmed hats, garden gloves and sunscreen.
If you see a snake:
Move away calmly and give the snake space.
Warn others nearby and clear the area if necessary.
Notify a staff member immediately.
From a safe distance, keep the snake in sight so we can inform a snake catcher if it’s in a public area.
Volunteers: When working in gardens or along the creek, stay alert. Check before reaching into plants or dense vegetation.
