While the cafe is closed for a break, Harringtons coffee van will be on site for coffee and snacks.Car parking is extremely limited due to resurfacing of the Eltham North Adventure Playground carpark, allow plenty of time to find a park.

Children will learn about the roles of different minibeasts in the environment, including their lifecycles, and how they depend on their surroundings (and sometimes each other!) to survive.
In this activity we will explore several minibeasts such as spiny leaf insects, composting worms and bees, and possibly the Eltham Copper Butterfly and water bugs from the farm dam.
Appropriate for:
4 to 10 year olds with an interest in nature

Amazing facts about the importance of bugs in our world and why we should look after them.
What to wear:
Casual clothes .
